There is some progress in communication with the UAE and Qatar looks forward to continue the discussion and address any issues, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani said in an interview with Bloomberg TV.
“We have resumed the flights already,” he pointed out while explaining that both countries were in direct communication and working to address outstanding issues. “Here in Qatar, we are forward looking,” he said. “We don’t need to be a hostage of the past.”
“Qatar’s foreign policy has been based on principles and these principles have never changed. We are going to support whatever the people will and whatever the people are going to seek for their countries. If they are going to seek for justice using peaceful ways to express what they think is right, Qatar will continue supporting the people,” he said.
