Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 knot reaches 19 knot at places at times.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly 08 to 18 knot, gusting to 25 knot with thundery rain.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometers or less at places at first.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 4 feet with thundery rain, while offshore it will be 3 to 5 feet, rises to 8 feet with thundery rain.
