The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to open Mohamed bin Jassim Park at Umm Salal Mohamed Municipality Monday.
The park was handed over to the municipality by MME's Public Gardens Department. Spread across 5,988sq m, the park includes a number of services such as water coolers, kids play area, a cafeteria, toilets, parking area, areas for seats, and long corridors paved with rubber grounds for walking. The new park has 13 types of plants and trees, in addition to a good number of seasonal flowers. The park is also equipped with security surveillance cameras.
