Trust Exchange Company’s Al Khor branch yesterday relocated to “a more spacious and conveniently accessible location with state-of-the-art facilities” at Quality Mall – Al Khor.
The relocated branch was inaugurated by Indian ambassador P Kumaran in the presence of the senior management of Trust Exchange Company.
“The new branch allows us to better serve our esteemed customers. We will continue to enhance our financial services experience with every branch that we open,” said KNS Das, general manager, Trust Exchange Company.
“The relocation is in line with the company’s strategy to reinforce its growing presence in local markets while reaching out to our customers and providing them with easy access to our wide range of services.”
One of Trust Exchange’s popular products is ‘Lulu Now’, which allows immediate credit to designated bank accounts instantly, according to a statement.
The Al Khor branch at Quality Mall also has the latest eSigning facility, which allows customers to verify the details of a transaction and digitally sign on the receipt presented to them on the e-tablet present on the counter. Customers then receive a digital copy of their transaction in their email address along with a physical copy of the receipt with their signature. Trust Exchange had earlier in the year implemented the automated ID scanning
facility, the statement adds.
“We are constantly evaluating our branches in Qatar and moving on a par with the growing needs of our esteemed customers. Further development across all our branches is in the
pipeline,” Das added.
